Cancellation and Refund Policy

The legal period for returns and exchanges of products purchased from www.masuka.com.tr is 14 days.

To initiate the return/exchange process for your products , you need to send an email to info@masuka.com.tr including your name, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return/exchange . If you send your email on a weekday, you will receive a response within 24 hours; if you send it on a weekend, you will receive a response on the first business day after sending the email, and you will be provided with detailed information on how to send your product back to us.

The product you wish to return or exchange must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for delivering the product to the Maşuka head office. If the product is defective, the return shipping cost will be refunded along with the product price.

Once the product reaches our central office, you will be contacted within 24 hours, and if deemed appropriate, a full refund will be issued. The time it takes for the refund to reach your account may vary depending on your bank.
